Quasar is the evolution of the Nexus Server, capable of much more throughput and with more functionalities. It replaced the standalone configuration tool for a web-based tool capable of handling multiple configurations and switching between them.
Quasar’s backend was built from scratch on C++ by me, with the frontend using Java and Google Web Toolkit.
It’s capable of much more streaming capacity on a single server, besides being dimensioned for larger networks, while retaining the stability necessary on such a system (99.99999% uptime).
